  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 1 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and pickup details.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds may be denied or partially granted if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition.
  • The return request is made after the return window has expired.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
